Description

This Stanley No. 386 Jointer Gauge is in Excellent condition with great nickel plating and great rosewood. There are no cracks, repairs, or damage of any kind. 100% complete and original. It was produced between 1936 and 1947, but likely before WWII. It attaches to just about any Jack or Jointer plane to achieve accurate bevels and chamfers from 30 to 90 degrees. It can be used left handed or right handed by moving the position of the knob. It has holes to allow the attachment of a wooden face for finer work. An excellent example.
