Description

This handmade marking/craft knife has a 1/2″ hexagonal brass blade holder and a tapered Pau Ferro (aka Morado, Bolivian Rosewood) hardwood handle.

Handle is 5-1/2″ long x 1/2″ hexagon. Sanded to 1200 grit and finished with penetrating oil and Carnauba paste wax. Manually machined brass blade holder holds blade without any play, just loosen the screw and switch blades when you need a sharp one. Holds x-acto #2 handle blades or Swann-Morton Craft Blades

These are made by me from scratch in my home studio, not from a kit.

Includes 9 blades, hex wrench, blade guards, and 2 storage tubes as pictured.

I putter about in my basement fixing and making things. When I make something that seems nice, I get compelled to make it better and more efficiently. If it seems like it might have use to others I make some to sell.
