In the unlikely event that you need to return an item to us, we have outlined the process for handling returns for both new and vintage items below. Please note that buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs including cost to ship any replacement item(s). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Vintage & Used Items Used, vintage and antique items are sold as-is with no warranty. Used tools may have signs of wear since they have been used for years or sometimes multiple generations. Please carefully review all item photos and information before making your purchase. New Items For apparel and other new items we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All items must be returned in the condition they were received and must be clean with no signs of wear or use. If the item you purchased doesn’t fit, please contact us to arrange for a replacement item in another size. If the item is not available in the size you selected you can request to return the item for a refund. Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If an item is damaged in transit we may request additional information or photographs of damage to submit a shipping damage claim. Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. How to Request a Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please contact us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Processing Returns Once an item has been returned we will process any necessary exchange or refund within 5-7 business days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
