Here’s a nice antique saw vise for sharpening hand saws. It does not have a makers mark but is marked with a 5 on the jaw. Overall in decent shape. It’s an early vise and has some original japanning remaining. There’s some pitting from rust but doesn’t affect the use. There’s a washer under the ball joint tightening lever that allows for it to not interfere with the ball joint itself. All parts are in working order and the jaws close and align nicely.

– 9 1/8” wide jaws
– 14” long
– 8lbs
