Description
A very cool Seigley No. 12 jointer plane. It is similar to a Stanley No. 8 in size: 23.5″ long with a 2.5″ wide cutter. It pre-dates Seigley’s acquisition by Stanley in 1901. Good overall condition but the original finish is poor. The handle has moderate wear as well – at the tote, as well as the original stippling is barely visible. The base of the handle has some minor damage near the toe, but not in a way that affects use – it is very secure. The iron will need sharpened if you plan to use it.
